Book a visit to the Open Factory

The tours always take place at 10 a.m. on Fridays.

Please note that for administrative reasons, we must have your booking stating your preferred date for your visit (it must be on a Friday) before your visit so that if it becomes necessary to change the date (production downtime, company or public holidays etc.), we are able to contact or notify you in plenty of time.

We ask that you observe the following guidelines when visiting our Open Factory:

  1. Please wear appropriate clothing (no beach wear).
  2. As a visitor, you should be at least 15 years old.
  3. If you are a parent with younger children and would like to visit our factory, please supervise them carefully during the entire tour.
  4. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the factory.
  5. In order to protect the privacy of our employees, please do not take photos or make video recordings during the tour. If there are no people in the picture, photos or video recordings may be made after prior consultation with the tour guide.

    Fridays are particularly advantageous to international visitors in particular. Because they usually visit Vietnam from Saturday to Saturday, it means they can visit Open Factory the day before they return home.
